Sandy is the GTM HR Business Partner for Klaviyo, a CRM built for customers. Sandy also brings technology experience from her tenure at Salesforce and Shell Oil Company, where she worked in Labor Relations at the Martinez Refinery. Sandy earned her Bachelors in Psychology at Louisiana State University and spent time working for both a psychologist as well as the Department of Labor before earning her Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota. She specifically enjoys the time that she spends coaching both employees and leaders on their own development journeys.

Sandy’s personal core values are family, compassion and joy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
