Caraine is an executive attorney for CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, where she provides regulatory and legal guidance to company executives and stakeholders on all aspects related to countrywide insurance transactions, processes, products, and initiatives to ensure compliance while achieving business goals.

For several years, Caraine has led CSAA’s Legal Division Pro Bono Committee, where she coordinates division and company-wide volunteer events for several non-profit organizations, illuminating Caraine’s dedication to utilizing her skills and experience to serve the community.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies at St. Mary’s College (Moraga) and then her JD degree at Golden Gate University Law School (San Francisco).

She is a long-time resident of Solano County and an avid Disney fan.  When she is not at a Disney theme park with her family, she loves to travel and spend quality time with her family.
