Community Outreach and Engagement

Carolina Pineda is a proud graduate of the 2026 Voices for Change program and a retired Federal Government civil servant. After completing her public service career, she transitioned into community advocacy, where her passion for uplifting underserved families continues to shine.

Carolina is an active member of Community Impact, serving Fairfield families through weekly grocery distributions and annual events supporting unhoused neighbors. A determined Hunger Fighter for equity, she recently joined the Food Bank’s Community Advocate Partners, where she hopes to amplify the voices of the voiceless and champion local food access.

A graduate of the Liberty Church Chaplaincy Program, Carolina remains deeply rooted in her faith community, where she leads support groups and provides encouragement to those in need. Her life’s work reflects her unwavering commitment to service, compassion, and advocacy.
