From program specialists to fundraisers, nutritionists to warehouse workers, the Food Bank’s staff and our Board of Directors are a diverse and dedicated group.
We run an efficient organization; 96 cents of every dollar donated goes towards food distribution and we earned our seventh consecutive 4-Star Rating from Charity Navigator.
The Food Bank has a staff of 70 employees at warehouses in Concord and Fairfield, CA. Additionally, we rely on volunteers, who last year donated 96,232 hours of time – the equivalent of 46 full-time employees!
Our Board of Directors is a group of dedicated men and women who volunteer their time and expertise to oversee all areas of the operation.
