Free Meals for Children & Teens
The Summer Food Service Program provides meals to all children and teens ages 18 and younger free of charge. When children are out of school, many lack the regular meal they receive at lunch time. There are no requirements to receive the meal, just that you be younger than 18 years of age. The program runs throughout the summer months and the Food Bank provides information with locations in Contra Costa and Solano counties prior to Summer Vacation. Please check back in May for the 2012 Summer Food Service Program information.
