Derry Englund
Derry Englund has been a lifelong resident of the Clayton/Concord area. He was part owner of Fritz's Meats of Concord for a number of years. In 1988, he started Englund's Catering which grew to include Englund's Cafe on Port Chicago Highway in Concord.
Englund's Catering Service provides catering for weddings, corporate events, and private parties with a range of 15 to 3,000 guests.
Derry is also a husband, father of two sons and a grandfather of three. His hobbies include reading, travel and attending Clayton Community Church.
