Gretchen is a seasoned investor and trusted advisor with extensive experience in global investing and corporate finance. Gretchen is VP of Investments for CSAA Insurance Group where she leads investment strategy and the team that handles the company’s insurance, pension and 401K programs. Prior to CSAA, Gretchen held senior investment roles at SECOR Asset Management, Hewlett-Packard Company and several global investment banking firms. She was also a management consultant with McKinsey. Gretchen graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College with a BA in Mathematics and earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition to the Food Bank, she serves on the investment committee of Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST) and was an investment committee member at Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Gretchen enjoys cooking for friends and family and is passionate about the Food Bank’s mission – food brings people together and nourishes the body and soul.
