What is CalFresh?
The CalFresh program is a federal nutrition program that helps people with low incomes buy more food and improve their diets. Benefits are received monthly on a plastic EBT card (like an ATM or debit card), and can be used to buy groceries.
Am I Eligible for CalFresh?
CalFresh eligibility is determined by income, and by U.S. resident status. You may be eligible for CalFresh if your household’s gross income (before taxes) falls below these limits:
