Learn how you can further help your clients through CalFresh.

We have designed these virtual Zoom training sessions for member agency representatives interested in learning how to assist clients with eligibility for the CalFresh  program (also known as SNAP or food stamps).

Contra Costa County:

  • Just the Basics:
    • Tuesday, March 10, 9:00-11:00 am.
    • Tuesday, August 8, 9:00-11:00 am.
  • Beyond the Basics:
    • Tuesday, May 26, 9:00-11:00 am – Topics: ABAWD, exemptions.
    • Tuesday, October 20, 9:00-11:00 am – Topics: Immigrant eligibility, CFAP, sponsor deeming.

Solano County

  • Just the Basics:
    • Wednesday, May 20, 9:00-11:00 am.
    • Wednesday, October 18, 9:00-11:00 am.
  • Beyond the Basics:
    • Wednesday, March 25, 9:00-11:00 am – Topics: Immigrant eligibility, sponsor deeming.
    • Wednesday, August 26, 9:00-11:00 am – Topics: CalFresh time limits & ABAWD exemptions, student eligibility.
