Family Food Sort
We appreciate all of the volunteers who participate in our Family Food Sort Days and the difference it makes in our communities.
Individual families with children between the ages of 5-10 are invited to a family volunteer opportunity on special days in both Food Bank warehouses! Families will bag fresh produce for the Community Produce Program. We will screen your application and contact you to confirm your reservation. Everyone in your application must be from the same household and must be able to work in close proximity to one another in order to be approved.
Hot Summer Day
Ignite your volunteer spirit on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at our Hot Summer Day Family Food Sort. Individuals, groups and families with children as young as five years old are invited to bag fresh summer produce at our warehouse.
These shifts are specifically geared to include families with children between the ages of 5 - 10.
