Words of healthy advice from our Challenge Champion Patti Anderson: Here are 4 things I try to remember so I can continue to succeed: 1) Eat breakfast; 2) Don’t drink calories; 3) Eat dinner 3 hours before bed; and 4) Get at least 8 hours sleep.
