Support the Food Bank by making a pledge!
As a pledge donor of the Food Bank, you will provide continuous year-round support for our hungry neighbors. There are 3 ways to give at a level that fits your budget. It’s a quick, easy, and cost-effective way to play an active part in the fight against hunger.
Reliable monthly support can help the Food Bank make all the difference in responding to urgent needs. It also enables us to prepare and implement changes in services and provide long-term solutions. Monthly giving is also more cost-effective, lowering administrative costs.
The Pledge Program gives you three options to choose from:
- You can make automatic gifts from your credit card account.
- You can set up an automatic electronic funds transfer.
- You can choose to receive a set of donation envelopes to mail
in on a monthly or quarterly basis.
You tell us how much you want to pledge each month or quarter and we will arrange to have your gift automatically transferred from your bank or credit card account. Your gift goes directly to the Food Bank, where it can be put to work immediately, saving time, paper and postage.
Monthly giving lasts as long as you wish. If you would like to cancel your pledge, just let us know in writing 7-10 business days before your next scheduled payment date and we’ll take care of it immediately. Your monthly bank statement will show the date and the amount of the transfer. In addition, we will send you a year-end statement listing your contributions for tax or other purposes.
As a participant in this program, you will continue to receive our newsletter and notices about special Food Bank events. You will not receive any further letters from us requesting financial donations.
