Mansions & Tours

Tours of the historic mansions, chapel and museum are free to you as part of our event! Some of the highlights are:

  • The inside of the Admiral's and Captain's mansions
  • St. Peter's Chapel with its Tiffany stained glass windows
  • The Mare Island Artifact Museum (Bldg. 46)

Mare Island Museum & Chapel Tours

There is a museum tour offered at 11:15 (before the event starts) and at 4:00 (at the end of the event) as well as a chapel tour at 11:15 and 4:00.
